Delivery Information
Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to provide a fast and reliable shipping experience across UK / Europe / Asia
Shipping Carrier:
We use Evri (formerly Hermes) for all standard UK deliveries. For international and European shipping we send via Royal Mail Tracked.
Dispatch Time:
Orders are typically dispatched the same day as order.
Please note that during peak times (such as holidays or sales), dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer.

Standard UK Delivery - FREE
- Estimated delivery within 2-4 days.
Standard International - £5.99
- Estimated delivery within 4-8 days.
- Free Standard Delivery available for orders £70 and up
European Standard - 4.99
- Estimated delivery within 4-8 days.
- Free Standard Delivery available for orders £70 and up
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your parcel’s progress directly through the Evri / Royal Mail tracking service.
Delivery Areas:
We currently ship to all UK mainland addresses, Europe and Asia . If you're located in Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or remote areas, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for delivery.
Missed Deliveries:
If you miss your delivery, Evri or DPD will attempt redelivery or provide instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local ParcelShop.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
